Not all lattes are created equal. I love them here, nice creamy but robust flavors. Always hits the spot! I'm so picky about a simple caramel latte, so delicious!

I love how all the batista's remember my drinks, and the free donuts on friday. It really shows they care about thier customers, the only think I can say they need to work on is having more options to purchase mugs. And be open in the weekend mornings a half hour earlier, as well as be open when the hours show they are open, not 5 minutes later :-) over all love this place

Use to live down the road ago and absolutely loved Kim (the owner at the time). I am not sure if she is still running it, but my coffee was always spot on and all the employees were always so sweet and love that they remembered your order❤

Our company recently moved out to the Valley which was terrible news, but we quickly found this absolute gem. I give it four stars only because the quality of the coffee can differ depending on the barista, but for the most part the coffee is absolutely wonderful. Many in my company now frequent Shotzy's and I honestly can't find another coffee shop in the Valley that's worth going to, when I know I can get better coffee there!

The only complaint I have is that it can be pretty slow. There are two windows and if there are 3 people at each window, my wait is about 12 minutes average. I wish they would have more than 2 people working during the busier times of the day because there are a lot of people going there from the spokane business park. Other than that, the coffee is great and the baristas are very friendly. Price point is good!

The best Granitas in the state of Washington!! Mindy owns the one on Pines and she treats every customer like close family! Kim owns the one on Sullivan and makes the same feeling as a customer. Kim used to own both but sold Pines store to customer Mindy who took it over and has made it, in my opinion, the best place to get coffee in Spokane!

Love this place!! This is not your ordinary coffe shop. The girls are very nice and no matter who is at the window I know my coffee will be consistent with how I like it. So many sugar free options & They even added a flavor just because I had previously requested and they didn't have it. Try them!!

One of the best coffees I’ve tasted. Their balance of flavor is amazing. Iced caramel lattes are a delicate blend of sweet and rich coffee tastes. Great prices too, and friendly baristas. Highly recommend!

We stopped by today at about 3pm. The girl working ignored us at the window as she conversed with one of her friends. After sitting at the window for a bit we decided to bounce. Very rude. At least acknowledge a customer when they arrive. Dont just ignore them.

Awesome service; great coffe

Stopped here for the first time with my son who normally won’t get coffee anything. He got their 6 Shooter Carmel, so yum he’s now a fan!
